Who we are
Bespoke is a boutique French tax law firm based in Nice, with a particular focus on American individuals and families whose lives, assets and plans connect them to France.
We advise clients preparing to move, already living here, or managing French interests from abroad. Our work brings the French tax and estate planning questions into focus, so clients can make informed decisions at each stage.
Thomas Dubanchet
LinkedInThomas founded Bespoke in 2025 after building his practice in international tax and estate planning at EY and Tirard Naudin in Paris, followed by Gordon Blair in Monaco and firms in Nice.
He created the firm around a conviction: advice is most useful when it starts with a clear understanding of the client’s life, existing arrangements and priorities. His role combines technical judgment with helping clients understand the choices before them and decide how to proceed.
Today, he leads Bespoke’s legal practice and its development, with a particular emphasis on the French treatment of U.S. trusts and cross-border family wealth.

Maud Grimaux
LinkedInMaud advises international individuals and families on French tax and estate planning. Before joining Bespoke, she gained experience in Nice and subsequently in Monaco. Her practice connects tax advice with the personal and family decisions behind it, helping clients understand their position, assess their options and put their plans into effect in France.
Kelly Pereira Bernardo

She advises on French tax and estate planning, helping clients navigate the questions that arise when their lives and assets span several countries. Her work combines legal analysis with clear, practical guidance on the choices available and the steps required in France.
